Neem/Pongamia Cakes are used as Organic Manure and Oil is used a Pesticides, We collect seeds from Farmers and small Women Groups, Farmers can generate small income from seed Collection. And also we are working towards Pesticide free farming. We are promoting farmers to Use Organic Manures which will improve Soil fertility and improves Agriculture Yields. There are instances where yields of Grape, Ginger and Coffee crops increased by using Neem/Pongamia Cakes."

Bee The Change is a social entrepreneurship venture that aims towards social development through co-operative means. As part of our business model, we visit remote rural areas, spread awareness about benefits of bee keeping and impart training to people in these areas. Apart from the training, we provide bee colonies to these trained candidates, that too free of cost. Also we provide them support regarding the same as and when required.

Apart from the training, we provide them bee boxes and bee colonies, that too free. Ours is a traditional skill that we are trying to preserve. Technology can be used in the honey processing aspect of our model rather than the social development aspect.

Technology is the backbone of our business model. Currently our entire business is dependent on the mobile phone. Farmers simply need to give a missed call on our call centre if they want to procure agri inputs or get agri information. We use our in-house developed CRM to capture and store customer info. We alos use cloud based state of the art warehouse management system to stock and dispatch products.
