Target problem

Forus Health Enterprise aims at bridging the gap between the need and the access to healthcare services particularly ophthalmic care. Forus’ flagship product 3nethra is an integrated, intelligent, affordable, rugged and portable eye screening device that can screen a patient in less than 5 minutes for common eye problems which helps in addressing the problem of preventable blindness as there are many people who don't have access to ophthalmic care due to cost barriers for diagnostic services and lack of accessibility ( due to extremely low ophthalmologist to patient ratio in India), affordability and awareness. So 3nethra has been designed so that it can be operated by a minimally trained technician, and can be deployed in remote areas, exponentially improving access to quality ophthalmic care.
