ONergy has pioneered in developing innovative and customised solar solutions and setting up service network's through Renewable Energy Centre's (RECs). ONergy provides energy solutions to the undeserved households and business by deploying solar LED lighting, solar electrification systems, solar microgrids, solar irrigation systems and cooking / thermal solutions, across East India. For expanding their operations they are working with the National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) to pilot two solar-powered irrigation pumpsets in two areas of West Bengal. They have partnered with the Enviu Foundation of the Netherlands for piloting two low-energy highly efficient cold storage units in two districts of West Bengal. One of the biggest challenges according to the founders are Indian Bureaucracy and Indian Govt Offices.
